Caddy Group have the ability to offer a one stop shop recruitment service across the rail, construction and M&E industries including safety critical environments. Caddy is a family run business founded in 2014. Originally from a mechanical engineering background. Our experience in the industry extends to over 30 years, in which time we have worked with an extensive client base and built up relationships with some of the best tradesmen in the industry.
We began as a mechanical contracting company “Caddy M&E”a multi service mechanical company a specialist within the process, pharmaceuticals and the heating industry.
After recognising a gap in the market for a genuine industry specialist, we decided to extend our services, firstly covering all aspects of the mechanical and electrical industry, We then naturally added the Rail, construction and technical side of the business.
We pride ourselves on being from a trade background rather than a recruitment background. This makes us different, as we understand there is more to supplying labour than just sending names of vetted candidates.
We understand how difficult it is being on our client’s side. We aim to dive into every client that we work with in terms of the work they undertake to make sure we understand the particular site conditions as they vary a lot!! We want our clients to know we are here to support them and become an extension to there business we want to understand there budgets and programme and make sure the project quality is delivered on time, safely and on budget.
